I felt something so real in my heart
Thinking it would someday go away
But many night and days have gone
and all I do is still pray
For I don’t know what tomorrow holds.
Never knew somethings could be so real
And make my heart beat so fast.
Empty hearts, waiting to be filled
Empty beds and many nights with no sleep.
Weak muscles that can’t hold because it’s a broken dream.
My heart grimes in pain
Once a joyful world now hurts so bad.
I do pray it was all a dream
But here I am wide awake
Feeling like I wasted time
But for what it’s worth it was all sweet
This mirror of beauty!
She had a heart so dear and pure
Now a heart made of steal
That no words of mine could change
I don’t know why love gets this sore
I just wanna wake from this dream and be glad it’s over.
